Laboratory Fine Sand Blasting

Sand blasting is pre-treatment  process for painting, coating etc. Cleaning of the metal surfaces with sand blasting allows to get good results after the main process is applied.

Besides capillary cracks are are eliminated by sand blasting process.

However, main aim to use fine sand blasting process is clean the metal surfaces and create a better adhesion affect at the surface for the better coating results.  Very fine particules between  125µ ile 250 µ are used in fine sand blasting unit. Getting homoginized rough surface  increases the adhesion of the coating, when the surface is coated.
